Assignment: Develop a workplace campaign that communicates a message of wellness to Regence employees in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah.
Insight: Common, top-down wellness initiatives are always met with skepticism. The trick is to convey an uncommon benefit that extends beyond just self interest. Also, you have to temper expectations… tiny, incremental changes in behavior can translate into tremendous savings for employers.
